Vestiphobia

For those of you who have no idea what vestiphobia means (I was one of them until I googled it 5 mins ago), it is basically a fear of clothes, and thanks to a certain GIGANTIC moth, I am pretty sure that my 5 year old Daughter will now fear jumpers for the rest of her life.
It all started this morning while I was getting the kids ready for School. I had taken Katie's School jumper off the washing line last night and put it on the kitchen table ready for her to wear it today, so She got dressed, and then plonked herself on the sofa to watch some tele before we headed off. Thats when the fun began. She started scratching the top of her arm, then scratched a bit harder, then started moaning that her arm was itchy, so me being me I just said "stop scratching it and it will stop itching eventually", then all Hell broke loose. She was furiously scratching and screaming and shouting "Summat is crawling on me!!!!" (this is the point where I actually started to panic.......slightly), I went over to Her and told Her to lift Her arms up so I could take Her jumper off, I whipped off Her jumper, not really knowing (or wanting to know) what was lurking inside (yes, I was thinking spider too), a bloody great BIG moth flew out onto Katie's lap, luckily She didnt see it at this point otherwise I think She would have had a breakdown. So I quickly grabbed Her arm to stand her up before She saw it on Her, it then flapped weakly onto the room carpet.........then She saw it, talk about scream!!, I'm positive She broke the sound barrier!. She sobbed her little heart out and made me fully aware that She was NEVER going to wear that jumper again......... damn you moth!!
