Nearly Bedtime

Its almost time to put the kids in bed *phew*, I love them to bits but I have to admit that bedtime is my favourite time of the day (80% of the time anyways........ well maybe 90%).

I had a lazy arsed day today, I have been going to bed later and later each day, and today it caught up with me with a vengeance, by 4pm I was ready to flake out on the sofa, Cameron had gone to my Nana's for a couple of hours and Katie was spending a bit of time with Rich in front of the tele, so I took the chance to have 40 winks on the sofa. Rich woke me up at 4:30pm to tell me He was going, so I pretended to wake up for approx 2 mins before the sleep took hold again (bad mummy!), the next thing I knew I was being patted quite furiously by Katie while She was shouting "Lisa is on the phone, She is at our door and cant get in cos it is locked!", it seemed that Rich had dropped the dead lock on the way out knowing full well that I would fall back to sleep lol. So I shook the sleep out of me, and glanced at the clock...... 5:30pm!, I went and unlocked the door and let Lisa in, She said she had been knocking and ringing my mobile (oops), but in my defence, Katie didnt hear Her knocking on the door either lol.

My only plans for this evening is a long soak in the bath and an early night, God I need it.
